Caught in The Moment

It's been six months since my last outfit update! Well, I could nag about how busy I am but it's getting old and boring, yes? ahaha

Okay, so just wanna share you my update, I've just had my internship at one of the famous high-end magazine in Jakarta. I had a great time there, the crew was very welcoming, friendly, and funny at times. And honestly, I enjoy being an intern way more than being a student in uni life. No joke! Even more, I am now in my last year of study. I am soooo much terrified, confused, and afraid of my own future. I don't know what to do with my life! Seriously, I have to come up with brilliant and "design-ful" idea for my final project so I can graduate, but up 'til now, I'm still completely clueless. My lamp's still off, I'm living my life in total darkness. (okay, let's stop the hyperbolic phrase here)

Actually, I don't really do pink, but when I was out with my mom and saw this knit top, I know this' what I want, even though I was considering a yellow one at first but she said this color looks better. Later at home, I was thinking about the possible pink colored match for it and found the only ones I could find, the salmon pink short and the neon pink clutch. Other than that, I have no other pink-hued things in my collections.

Took these photos like weeks ago, but then again, I was too lazy to do the editing part. Meh! I really wish I could take shots outside, as in outdoor places, so I don't have to think about what to do with the empty-boring-lifeless white wall.

Elie Saab Fall Haute Couture 2013

This year's Fall Haute Couture collection coming from Elie Saab is such an astonishing collection. Was opened with a fiery ruby red gowns, it continues to another hues of the jewels, such as emerald green, sapphire blue, and amber.
The sparkling glittery material combined with fine fabric creating a beautiful drapery and wonderful shapes to the body of the models. Chiffon and silk has to be the common material you could always see in every Elie Saab's collection, this one's not an exception. This collection contains not only ball gowns, but there are also the knee length dresses and even jumpsuits.

The show was closed with the Elie Saab bride. Wearing a silver shiny wedding dress accompanied by three bridesmaid in tow. Such a wonderful piece. photo elie-saab-haute-couture-fall-47.jpg

Splash of Colors

First thing first, Happy Chinese New Year for everyone who celebrates! May this water snake year bring you great health, good luck, and also prosperities in the entire year.

I don't have the CNY outfit, because I was too lazy dressing up so I just went to basic with shirt and jeans, so, yeah. Nevertheless, I am posting up another basic outfit which was actually taken on the early January, but as well said in my previous post that I'm a huge procrastinator, I was too lazy to do the edit and stuff. I'm sorry.

So, I'm doing this splatter slash splash on my photos, because I'm kinda getting bored with the all white wall as the background of my latest photos lately, therefore I let my creativity takes place and let them do their works. Results? Better or worse? :p
I was getting too much fun on adding the splatter anyway, that makes some of the photos look 'way too much', I know.
News flash, yes I did shave my undercut again in the early year, it went better than the last one, so I was quite satisfied with the result, but it didn't last long, though. It's already growing again and I'm still not sure whether to keep shaving it or letting it grow back to normal. Thoughts?

*wrong focus point!!!!*
This week is my last week of holiday, starting next Monday I have to deal with college stuffs and assignments again, so I'm truly hoping I can keep up with the blog and not neglecting it again like I always do. Wish me luck!

Cara Delevingne in DKNY Spring 2013 Campaign

Here is the quirky British model, Cara Delevingne, for DKNY's Colorful Spring 2013 campaign. As captured by Patrick Demarchelier, these casual and colorful outfit fits her well, as we all know her personality is all carefree, cheerful, and simple.

Aside of the bold colors, this collection also provides both casual denim and simple dresses which really represented pretty well by Cara.

I must say, she's one of the model crush that I've been role-modeling on. I mean, she's that kind of person who doesn't take life way too seriously, she does stupid crazy things without being afraid of looking ugly, in fact she doesn't care about being ugly at all. Love her. Also, yeah, I'm ultimately in love with her thick iconic brows!
